Step off the path, down a few stairs, and into a handcrafted cedar barrel sauna. Sweat. Plunge. Rest. Repeat. Book by the hour, from $30.
The Finns have a saying: the sauna is for the body what prayer is for the soul. Ours sits tucked into a wooded hillside, hidden from the world, waiting for you.
Every detail — from the western red cedar interior to the cold plunge on the deck — is set up for a quiet, restorative session.

This is a traditional cedar barrel sauna, built to hold real Finnish-style heat. The 9-foot interior comfortably seats four to six, with room to lie flat on the long benches if you want to stretch all the way out.
Just outside the door, a VITAL+ cold plunge waits for the contrast cycle. Two zero-gravity loungers on the deck let you cool down and catch your breath between rounds while the trees do their thing above you.
It's the full hot-cold-rest ritual, set up the way it should be: private, unhurried, and in the middle of the woods.
The old Finnish contrast cycle: heat, cold, rest, repeat. Most guests do three rounds in an hour. Some do more. The sauna is yours — find your own rhythm.
8–15 minutes on the cedar benches. Throw water on the rocks. Breathe deep.
Into the cold. 30 seconds to a minute is plenty. Feel everything wake up.
Into a zero-gravity lounger. Let the body settle. Look up at the trees.
Back into the sauna. Most people do three full rounds in an hour.
Everything you need for a complete session is already here, waiting for you.

A short walk down a private wooden staircase leads you into the trees. The sauna sits on a custom-built deck, with a second deck nearby for extra cool-down space.
String lights make evening sessions feel especially magical. Birds above, leaves below, and almost no one else around.
It's the kind of place you stop checking your phone.
Stepping out of the cold plunge and into a zero-gravity chair with the trees above me was one of the most peaceful moments I've had in a long time.
Real Finnish heat — not the weak stuff you get at most gyms. The cedar smell, the sound of water on the rocks. We're already booking again next weekend.
Booked a sunset session with four friends. String lights came on as the sky turned pink and we just kept talking on the deck for an hour. Perfect.
